Q. Are there any traveler or booking fees?
A. No, when you book directly through us, the home owners, you pay no traveler or booking fees as you would booking through the big advertising sites
Q. How do we make a reservation?
A. To reserve your dates click Contact on the home page of this website, email your request to firstname.lastname@example.org or call Margaret at (908) 692-0529 or (908) 637-6390.
Q. What time is check-in?
A. Check-in is 3 PM. Check-out is 10 AM. Early check-in or late check-out must be approved in writing by the owner.
Q. Can I bring pets?
A .Ask the owner. One of our units is suitable for dogs.
Q. Is there a maximum number of people?
A. Our maximum occupancy is 6-8 guests, depending on the configuration of the group. We have 5 beds: 1 king, 2 full and 2 twin.
Q. What is provided in the kitchen?
A. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, utensils, dishes, glassware, etc.
Q .Is there a BBQ?
A.There is a charcoal grill out back. It is shared with the other residents.
Q. Is there wireless internet?
Q. Do we need to bring bedding and towels?
A. All the bedding and bathroom towels are supplied. You will need to bring towels to use at the pool and beach.
Q: Do you allow CHILDREN?
A. All children are welcome. The responsible party must be 25 years of age or older and present during the entire stay.

Q: Are there SUPERMARKETS nearby?
A: Yes there are several. The closest supermarket is a half of a block south of True Blue.
Q. After we book a reservation, when will we get the property address and keys?
A. You will receive the address a couple of weeks before arrival. We use a keyless entry lock. Your personal key code will be sent at the same time as the address.
Q. Do you have any recommendations for restaurants?
A. The Insiders Guide page of our website has recommendations for restaurants. The Events and Activities page offers information on things to do, local events, entertainment, etc.
Q. Do you offer discounts for extended stays of a month or longer?
A. Yes, except during the peak summer season.
Q. Is there a pool or hot tub at True Blue?
A. Yes, there are multiple pool and hot tub areas. One is just across the parking area from the condo.
Q. What payment types are accepted?
A. We accept checks or credit cards as payment. Last minute reservations are required to pay by credit card.
Q. What is your payment policy?
A. An advance payment equal to 50% of the rental rate is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your check-in date. Reservations made less than 30 days prior to arrival will require payment in full.
Q. Is smoking permitted?
A. Smoking of any kind is prohibited inside all of our properties and may result in forfeiture of your deposit if not adhered to. We provide ashtrays on the screened patio, guests shall empty the ashtrays in the outside garbage receptical and clean up after themselves.
Q. Is there Parking for a Car and/or Trailer?
A There is a parking area in front of the building. Boats, campers, motorcycles and trailers are prohibited from overnight parking in True Blue. Violators will be towed at their own expense.
Q. How close is the nearest liquor store?
A. There is a liquor store half a block north of True Blue. The local supermarkets also carry a wide array of adult beverages.
Q. What do we have to do at check-out?
We ask the following;
- place all garbage in the garbage receptacle in the parking area
- load and start the dishwasher
- place used towels in the bath tub. Do not leave wet towels on the beds
- remove all opened food

A: Yes, we have two 3 bedroom 2 bath units in True Blue.
